Guidance

The Management of Value guidance has been developed to assist organisations increase the value they deliver and make better use of their resources. The guidance is meant to supplement the organisation's current management practices and is structured around four concepts:

  • Principals
  • Processes and Techniques
  • Approach
  • Environment

The guidance also includes useful techniques, how to conduct health checks for current works and how to assess and improve the maturity of current MoV practices.

 

Accreditation and Exams

Currently there is one level of accreditation for Management of Value (MoV) which results in an internationally recognised qualification.

MoV Foundation Exam Format

  • 40 minutes allowed
  • Multiple choice examination
  • There are 50 multiple choice questions with 50 marks available in total.
  • Closed book exam
  • The pass mark is 25 out of 50 available (50%)

Re-Registration

There is no re-registration for the MoV Foundation qualification.
