Project managers requiring an understanding of a formal
project management methodology and an internationally recognised qualification.
Managers seeking to improve project performance in delivering business
outcomes. |
Objective |
To cover the syllabus for PRINCE2 and to provide a firm
grounding in the sensible application of the project management method.
Delegates will be able to confidently take the PRINCE2 Foundation
Examination at the end of the third day. Course case studies will
assist delegates in applying the principles to a variety of scenarios.
The Practitioner Examination will be taken on the afternoon of Day

| Pre-course work |
Delegates will receive a copy of the manual approximately two weeks
before course commencement and are encouraged to read as much as they
can. A Reading Guide will be provided to assist in this task. |
Duration |
5 days from 9.00am till approximately 5.00pm.
This is a demanding course and delegates will need to allow time each
evening for further study. Two hours per night is recommended.
Morning & Afternoon tea and a hot lunch are provided. |
