| Audience |
Those working in project environments needing an understanding
of formal project management methods and an effective framework for
project delivery. Typically delegates are working in project support
roles or have some project management experience. |
Objective |
To cover the syllabus for PRINCE2 and to provide a firm
grounding in the project management method. Delegates will be able
to confidently take the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination at the end
of the course. |

3.5 days from 9.00am till approximately 5.00pm and 9
- 12pm on last day
Morning & Afternoon tea and lunch are provided.
Some consolidation work will be required by delegates on the evenings
of Days 1,2 and 3and at least an hour should be allowed for this. |
| Pre-course work |
Delegates will receive a copy of the manual approximately two weeks
before course commencement together with a Reading Guide to assist
in familiarising themselves with the principles behind PRINCE2. |
