Alison Cesaro

Alison Cesaro comes from a business background with significant experience of project environments in the public and private sectors.

She has worked with Coles Myer in competitor analysis and helped to improve systems and processes in merchandising, marketing and financial accounting. As a senior project manager with EDS she has managed service improvements programs at Holden and global communication programs for Dow Chemicals. Recently she has established a Project Management Office for a Victorian Government Department and overseen the implementation of PRINCE2.

Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Retail Studies. In addition to being a PRINCE2, P3O, MoV, MoP, Agile Practitioner and MSP Advanced Practitioner, she holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and is an associate member of ASCPA.

Alison is accredited by APMG as a trainer in PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, MoP and Earned Value Management, a Registered Consultant and is a Gateway Reviewer.
