 Why Adaptive Frameworks?

Training in - Perth - Melbourne - Canberra

Programme management is a framework which focuses on delivering business benefits through delivery of new capabilities from projects. The capabilities are transitioned into business operations to deliver the business benefits and the realisation of benefits is managed.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is the OGC Best Practice standard for defining and implementing change within any type of organisation.

Adaptive Frameworks understands MSP and is at the forefront of training delivery and consultancy in this framework. We can show you simple steps for:

  • Visualising the future state
  • Preparing a Blueprint of the new organisation
  • Identifying and prioritising projects
  • Managing delivery of the capability
  • Transitioning the outputs into business-as-usual
  • Realising the benefits

Alison -
It has been brilliant!!! Our executive have really appreciated the process so far.
To be able to demonstrate a systematic approach to such a large and nebulous problem/opportunity in DSTO has really helped us make it happen.
Paul Zanelli, DSTO
MSP is a framework, it is NOT a methodology.
It is about benefits realisation – pure and simple. It must be sold on this basis at Board level. Without Board support, there is no point using MSP.
Programmes must add value. There is a lot of overhead and expense in running a programme and if it does not add value, run a big project instead. MSP is suitable for specification led programmes, political and societal change programmes and particularly for business transformation programmes.

Adaptive Frameworks points of difference for MSP training include:

  • We will not cancel your course after you have booked and made plans.
  • Adaptive Frameworks has a track record in achieving good results in the MSP examination which has only been available in Australia since 2005.
  • Our current pass rate is 100% with the Practitioner examination
  • The courses are enjoyable, stimulating, well paced and interactive.
  • We offer the best value for money and as with all Adaptive Frameworks courses, the prices are fully inclusive of GST, materials and texts.

All content is covered in the first 3.5 days of the course after which the optional Foundation Exam is administered.

On days 4 & 5 delegates proceeding to the Practitioner level review some examples of the application of MSP in different scenarios and undertake the Practitioner examination.
