About Training with Adaptive Frameworks
Adaptive Frameworks offers training in project and program management and related areas. We are not a training company - we are staffed by practitioners in project and program management who are leading consultants in their field. They bring the real world into the classroom so that the learning experience is more than theoretical. This helps embed the principles covered by the courses and contributes to the exceptionally high pass rates of Adaptive Frameworks delegates in the best practice examinations.
When we conduct training in-house, we provide the opportunity to use you own projects and programs in lieu of the course Case Studies. Our facilitators provide insights on the appropriate scaling and tailoring of the best practice approaches to your particular environment.
