Darilyn Evans
Managing Director
Darilyn has over 20 years successful experience in project environments in the public and private sectors. She consults to government and industry on best practice approaches to achieve results and helps design tailored solutions for organisations.
She formed Adaptive Frameworks in 2004 and has overseen its growth in resources, capability, product range and geographic areas serviced locally.
Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Computing and an Advanced Certificate in Arbitration & Mediation. In addition, she has completed many industry courses, is a member of Australian Institute of Project Management and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Darilyn is accredited by the APMG as a Registered Consultant.
Alison Cesaro
Practice Manager
Alison comes from a business background with significant experience of project environments in the public and private sectors.
She has worked with Coles Myer in competitor analysis and helped to improve systems and processes in merchandising, marketing and financial accounting. As a senior project manager with EDS Australia she has managed service improvement programs at Holden and global communication programs for Dow Chemicals. Recent experience has centred on establishing Project Management Offices and assisting organisations to embed best practice processes and achieve strategic outcomes.
Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Retail Studies. In addition to being a PRINCE2 and MSP Advanced Practitioner, Alison holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and is an associate member of ASCPA.
Alison is accredited by the APMG as a Registered Consultant.
