What to Expect

Adaptive Frameworks' public Earned Value Management courses run for 1.5 days. The course is designed for you to learn the Earned Value Management process and has a heavy focus on passing your examination.

Course Schedule

The Adaptive Frameworks course delivers the bulk of Earned Value Management information on day 1. The Foundation exam is completed on the morning of day 2 and the Foundation course closes at midday.

Homework

On the evening of day 1 your trainer will ask you to complete some activities and additional reading in your own time at home. You should set aside 1-2 hours to complete this to prepare for your examination.

Pre-reading

When your classroom course booking is confirmed you will be provided with a pre-reading package in the mail. Foundation delegates will receive a text book and case study outline. A letter will accompany the package with instructions for preparation.

Exam

Earned Value Management Foundation Exam Format

• 1 hour allowed
• Multiple choice examination
• There are 40 multiple choice questions with 40 marks available in total.
• Closed book exam
• The pass mark is 26 out of 40 available (65%)
