Project Consultant

Adaptive Frameworks has opportunities for full-time or part-time project consultants to assist with the growing training and consulting business. The positions are based in capital cities in Australia and will involve some travel around Australia.

Training will be provided, however applicants must have substantial project management experience, this is the most important attribute. After training you will conduct courses for Adaptive Frameworks and grow into the role of consultant in the Best Practice frameworks.

Key Attributes

  • Substantial project management experience across several environments
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • A high standard of personal and professional integrity
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and proactive approach to client course delivery
  • Organisational skills necessary to manage business projects in addition to core responsibilities


Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in the application of the PRINCE2 methodology or another project management framework
  • Experience in training course delivery or qualifications such as Cert IV in Workplace Training or a Diploma of Education
  • Ability to prepare unambiguous, concise documentation and Powerpoint presentations.


The Person

A self-starter who appreciates the nature of small businesses and has a strong work ethic.
