Melanie Todd

Melanie Todd has over 10 years project and senior management experience. She has significant experience of handling complex commercial and government projects at project and program management level.

She has a strong commercial background and has been involved at the highest level of corporate strategic planning. She is currently working on a variety of projects with commercial organisations and government agencies including implementing project and programme management methodologies as well as reviewing and improving existing methodologies. Melanie has a Diploma in Business and PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Advanced Practitioner accreditation.

Melanie is accredited by APMG as a PRINCE2 trainer.
