| Alison Cesaro |

Alison Cesaro comes from a business background
with significant experience of project environments in the public
and private sectors.
She has worked with Coles Myer in competitor
analysis and helped to improve systems and processes in merchandising,
marketing and financial accounting. As a senior project manager
with EDS she has managed service improvements programs at Holden
and global communication programs for Dow Chemicals. Recently
she has established a Project Management Office for a Victorian
Government Department and overseen the implementation of PRINCE2.
Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor
of Business and a Diploma in Retail Studies. In addition to being
a PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner, she holds PMP certification from
the Project Management Institute and is an associate member of
ASCPA.
Alison is accredited by the APMG as a PRINCE2
trainer, an MSP trainer, a Registered Consultant and is a Gateway
Reviewer.

| Tony Perks |

Tony Perks is an experienced lecturer and consultant
in the programme management field. Tony has over thirty years
experience of Project and Program Management.
He was head of the Methods Development and Support Branch of
the Central Computer & Telecommunications Agency – now
the Office of Government Commerce, playing a significant role
in the original development and promotion of the PRINCE methodology.
He has extensive experience in a wide range of public and private
sector environments within the U.K. and internationally, and consults
across Europe, the Middle and Far East and Africa.
He is also an Examiner for ISEB and holder of the ISEB Certificates
in Project Management and SSADM (Versions 3, 4 and 4+) along with
being a Certificated DSDM, Practitioner and Trainer.

Following a career as an engineering officer
in the Royal Australian Navy, Leo has worked for major Australian
and international companies in the defence electronics and ICT
industries.
Leo is accredited by APMG as an MSP trainer
and PRINCE2 trainer and has 7 years experience training and consulting
in these methods. He is a member of AIPM.

Darilyn Evans has over 15 years successful experience
in project environments in the public and private sectors.
She has worked with Fujitsu, RACV, Superpartners
and the Commonwealth and Victorian governments in various senior
roles including project management, mentoring, training and project
auditing.
Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor
of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in
Computing and an Advanced Certificate in Arbitration & Mediation.
In addition she has completed many industry courses, is a member
of AIM, AIPM and holds PMP certification from the Project Management
Institute.
Darilyn is accredited by the APMG as a PRINCE2
and MSP trainer and is a Gateway Reviewer.
